Ray Girt

Business Development Manager

Ray has been in the industrial refrigeration industry for over 35 years and has deep-rooted contacts throughout the national food and beverage industry. Ray began his career on the operations side of the business in project management and project engineering. His extensive experience includes design and construction of industrial refrigeration systems, cold storage facilities, and specialty building construction. Ray sits on the Executive Board of the Midwest Dairy Foods Association, Mid States Meat Association, and serves on the IIAR Marketing Committee. Ray’s expertise lies in experience-based communication with customers regarding capital expenditures, plant expansion, renovations, and new build facilities.

At the core, Steve is a PMP practitioner that is passionate about developing hardscape concepts from the ideation stage gate through design, execution, commissioning and transition to a successful delivery. Steve has been in the construction industry for over 30 years with diverse experiences in civil highway / bridge construction to commercial / industrial refrigerated cold chain perishable facilities. Steve is a disciplined professional with expertise in scope, budget and schedule management coupled with a forward thinking strategy. Steve is committed to enabling the project life cycle by deploying globally recognized project management methodologies to deliver optimal customer experiences with focus on overall turnkey value.
